Before getting to the questions, I’d like to clarify and remind you of a couple of things regarding the online shop. I’m just one person doing everything, from making the pieces to answering your messages, packing and sending orders, making investments, etc. I always try to work as quickly as possible so your orders arrive on time, but sometimes life happens, which is why I have a maximum of 10 business days to send out your orders — although it usually happens much sooner :)
Within this creative work, I try very hard to take care of my creativity and mental health so that I can keep offering my best. As much as it may seem like one, this isn’t a business to me; it’s a way of sharing what I make in this world as it is, in a way that allows me to keep sustaining it (because, ultimately, everything has to be paid for somehow, and there are bills to pay, animals to feed and take care of, therapy to afford and a life to live and to be inspired by).

If you're from Switzerland, you have to choose CH or Switzerland in the countries available on my website.
*The prices are going to appear as euros but you have to consider them as CHF. That currency wasn't available to choose.
1. Choose the product and options of them (if required) and add them to the cart.
2. Fill the form with your information.
3. Choose pick up (if available close to you) or shipping by Swiss Post.
4. Transfer the full price to the TWINT account mentioned at the end. You have to mention your order number in the transtaction.
If you're from Europe, you have to choose CH or Switzerland in the countries available on my website as well. The currency is going to appear as euros but when you pay it trough paypal, it's going to be automatically changed to usd and that's fine.

2. Fill the form with your information.
3. Choose pick up or shipping. I don't have the shipping prices yet so if you choose that option, you skip the next step and send me an email instead.
4. If you choose pick up, you transfer the total trough paypal to my account mentioned in the cart. You have to mention your order number in the transtaction, and sooner to the date mentioned, I'll send you an email with pick up information.
If you're from United States, you have to choose it in the country options available on my website. For now, you can only buy prints or stickers that fit a size A4 envelope, therefore, the coffee calendar and plantas para la tristeza aren't available for you as well. Payments are trough paypal.

3. Choose international US shipping.
4. Transfer the full price to the paypal account mentioned at the end. You have to mention your order number in the transference.
Once your payment is confirmed, in 2 to 10 working days you'll receive an email saying your order has been shipped. You'll receive an email once your payment is confirmed as well.
